Sharing about feedback

Hello everyone. Today, I would like to share some thoughts about feedback and response in life.

It is similar to throwing a stone into water and seeing the water splash back, or punching a wall and feeling pain in our own hand.

This kind of feedback means that the type of energy we give out may be the type of energy we receive back. If we give positive things, we may also receive positive things. If we give negative things, we may also receive negative things.

One of the most common examples is speaking badly about others, criticizing them, or gossiping about them. These things can bring many troubles to ourselves.

For example, the other person may dislike us or try to take revenge. Even the people who listen to us speaking badly about someone else may become afraid that one day we will speak badly about them too. Because of that, they may not want to stay close to our energy and may gradually distance themselves from us.

Situations like this are similar to the idea that we reap what we sow. If we give negative things, we may receive negative things. If we give positive things, we may receive positive things.

Another example is when people become successful in life or hold a high position in society, and then bully those who are weaker than them. Toward poor people, they may look down on them or use their power to pressure those who are more vulnerable.

There is a story like this. There was a person who liked teasing a dog. Normally, when the dog was away from its owner, it was afraid of being bullied. This person enjoyed teasing the dog, and whenever he saw it, he tried to chase it and make it scared and angry.

One day, the dog’s owner visited this person’s house, and the dog followed along. When the dog saw him, because its owner was there, all of its anger began to come out. It became furious and started chasing and biting him.

Because this person had previously given out intimidation, when the dog had a chance to resist, it responded.

Human life can be similar. We do not know what the future will be like. There may be times when we are fortunate, wealthy, or in a high social position. If we bully people who are weaker than us, when they later have a chance to rise up, they may try to take revenge.

Some people believe there is only this life. Others believe that after death, depending on the good or bad things we have done, we may be reborn in better places or return to God or Buddha.

These views can be divided into two broad perspectives: one believes there is only this life, and the other believes there is a life after death.

However, from either perspective, if we give good things in this life, we may also receive good things. If there truly is a next life, then what we do may also bring corresponding results.

For example, some people enjoy killing living beings. Because they are human, they have the ability to kill animals. Or, when they have power, they may kill people they consider enemies.

If there is a next life, those relationships may continue. One person may return harm to another, and the cycle of killing and being killed may continue, causing further suffering.

Therefore, in this life, and also if there is a next life, I think we should try to give words of love, live humbly, and avoid using our power, social position, or economic advantage to bully those who are weaker.

Because we do not know whether we may lose our power or position in the future. Even if there is a next life, we also do not know whether we may be reborn into difficult conditions because of the harmful things we have done and the consequences we must face.

Therefore, in this reflection, I want to say that feedback is always present in many aspects of life.

For that reason, we should try to limit harmful things such as negative thoughts, harmful speech, and harmful actions, because these things may all return to us.

If we give positive things, we may have a greater chance of receiving positive things. We should think good thoughts, reduce negative thoughts, avoid speaking badly about others, and avoid bullying people who are weaker than us.

What we give in this life, or if there is a next life, may return to us in a corresponding way.
